Refunds

Refunds go to the account the payment came from, within seven days of the decision.
The road rule
Mountain roads are driven in daylight only, and the trip leader decides the day's plan against the road status that morning. If Babusar is closed we go via Besham, which adds about four hours. If Khunjerab or Deosai is closed on the day, the day runs to the nearest open point instead. If the only route into the valley is closed before departure, the trip moves and the refund table applies. These calls are not negotiated on the road.
What we ask of you
- Carry your original CNIC. Checkposts will ask for it.
- Answer the health form honestly, especially about heart, lung and blood-pressure conditions, because of the altitude days.
- Be at the vehicle at the agreed times. The group does not wait more than fifteen minutes.
- No alcohol or drugs on the trip. Smoking only outside the vehicle and the rooms.
- Treat the driver, the hotel staff, the villages and the valleys with respect. Carry out what you carry in.
Risk and liability
Road travel in the northern mountains carries real risk: landslides, rockfall, river crossings, altitude and long distances from hospitals. You travel knowing these risks and will be asked to sign a participation agreement that says so. Nothing in it removes rights you have under Pakistani law.
